Project Sakhi is a flagship initiative by NalandaWay Foundation to create a sustained sisterhood of girls, empowering a focused group of young women to collectively and individually become healthy, resilient, hopeful, confident, and competent individuals. The initiative aims at creating role models by leading the way for others within their own communities. Project Sakhi involved an all-round support for young girls from disadvantaged backgrounds to become women who are emotionally strong, financially independent, and inspired and adept as community leaders.
